Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 3 days after receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged. Proof of damage/defect (photo) must be sent to us.

Refund
Refunds are processed after the item is returned and inspected. It will be made within 7 working days to your original payment method. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Important Notes
Handmade items may have slight variations and are not considered defects. Custom-made items are non-returnable, unless damaged.
